NCRCF MEETING: Feb. 5th, 7:30PM at the Lions Club Pavilion

Per Charlie Davis, NCRCF President:

The NCRCF meeting will be on February 5th at 7:30PM at the Lions Club Pavilion at 
Conyers St and Legion St in Covington. There will also be a club swap meet that 
evening.  We are starting at 7:30PM to allow all to go vote in the primary election. 
There will be no food, or drink so we can keep the facility clean for the Lions Club.

The March 4th meeting will also be at the Lions Club Pavilion at Conyers St 
and Legion St in Covington. It will start at 7:00PM.  Again, there will be no 
food, or drink so we can keep the facility clean for the Lions Club.

Per Jeff Fuss, NCRCF Secretary/Treasurer:

This is the last opportunity to pay club dues without having to pay the $10.00 
penalty. Jeff will be enforcing this rule after the meeting.

SMS 2008 Table Reservation Confirmation

NCRCF has reserved four tables for the Southeastern Model Show (SMS), 
which will be held on February 29 through March 1, 2008. These tables 
are for NCRCF members only. If you have any questions, please contact
Jeff Fuss. Please see the details in the email below.

Dear Modeling Enthusiast

Thank you for requesting table reservations for the Southeastern Model Show 
(SMS) 2008 - 29 February - 1 March 2008. This is confirmation that we have 
4 tables reserved for you in the name of NCRCF. Your assigned table number(s) 
are/is G4-7 in the Heritage building. Cost @$12.00 each is $48.00.
